Adding Departments

Departments can be used to group different wallets for easier management.

  1. Log in to SINOHOPE using the administrator account and navigate to the wallet management page in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click the "Add department" button and enter department name and other information in the pop-up dialog.
  3. Click the "Save" button to complete the department creation process.

Adding Wallets

In SINOHOPE, Owners and Admins can create wallets and assign them to organization members. Co-admins can add wallets under their respective co-admin departments.

  1. Log in to the self-custody platform using the administrator account and navigate to the wallet management page in the upper-left corner.
  2. Choose the organization for which you want to create a wallet.
  3. Click the "Add wallet" button and enter wallet name and other information in the pop-up dialog.
  4. Click the "Save" button to complete the wallet addition process.
